Andrea Piatt, Ph.D

Dr. Piatt is the principal and founder of Commonwealth Psychology Associates. She is a clinical neuropsychologist who specializes in neuropsychological assessment of adolescents and adults with neurological injury or disease, medical conditions, learning disabilities, attention deficit disorder, and/or emotional problems that impact academic or work life performance.

Dr. Piatt provides comprehensive cognitive, educational, and emotional assessments and conducts detailed feedback sessions with clients that include information about cognitive strengths and weaknesses, individual learning styles, diagnosis, emotional issues, and recommendations.

Dr. Piatt earned a Ph.D. in clinical psychology, with a specialization in neuropsychology, from Hahnemann University (now Drexel University). She completed a clinical neuropsychology internship at Brown University and a post-doctoral fellowship in the Department of Neurology at the University of Kansas Medical School. She currently serves as an Instructor within the Harvard University Medical School, where she supervises post-doctoral fellows in neuropsychology. She also is a former faculty member of the Brown University Medical School.
