Each clinician at CPA has been selected for the unique, specialty knowledge and experience that he or she brings to client care.  Our psychotherapy and neuropsychology services are staffed by an all-doctoral level team, ensuring that clients receive care from providers with the most advanced education and training in their fields.  Most staff members have completed formal, post-doctoral fellowships in their specialty area and many have held or hold academic affiliations with highly regarded academic institutions, such as Boston College, Boston University, Brown University, Dartmouth College, and Harvard University. 

Our medication management service is staffed by advanced-practice, clinical nurse specialists who each have over 25 years of psychopharmacology and medication management experience.

Most importantly, our team truly functions as a team.  Clinicians at each location meet weekly for clinical review and consultation and for frequent in-service trainings.  Together, the doctors discuss how to best help their clients.  This consultation service ensures that CPA's clinicians have access to some of the best ideas in the field of psychology and behavioral health.  It also ensures that CPA's clients benefit from working with clinicians who are highly trained and have access to peer review and support.

CPA's team model also means that clients can benefit from access to internal referrals and services at CPA.  Whether it's a therapy client who could also benefit from neuropsychological testing or a testing client who may benefit from a medication consultation or psychotherapy, seamless access to appropriate services is a hallmark of CPA's care.
