Dr. Rachel Redlener

Dr. Redlener is a clinical psychologist who provides individual psychotherapy and couples counseling. She engages actively and collaboratively in the therapy process, and provides a supportive, non-judgmental environment. Dr. Redlener incorporates aspects of relational-cultural, cognitive-behavioral, and psychodynamic therapies in her work. She uses warmth, humor, and clinical insight to promote deeper self-awareness, personal growth, and connection. Dr. Redlener has experience working with people of different socio-cultural backgrounds and sexual orientations. Her clinical interests include relationship issues, anxiety/depression, grief and loss, sexuality and LGBT issues.
Dr. Redlener earned a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree from Smith College. She completed her post-doctoral fellowship at Tufts University Counseling and Mental Health Services, and was a psychology intern at the Metro Boston Mental Health Units and the Stone Center at Wellesley College. Dr. Redlener offers psychotherapy and counseling services in our Financial District - Downtown Boston office.
