    We are looking for a self-motivated team member with strong communication skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to effectively interact with end-users of varying technical ability. The position requires excellent problem-solving skills and ability to identify and resolve technical issues while also continuously looking for opportunities to improve technical and operational functions.

    The IT Operations Team maintains the computer networks of the organization, providing technical support and proactive maintenance to ensure technology for the whole company runs smoothly. The IT Operations Team monitors and maintains the company computer systems, installs and configures hardware and software, works with multiple vendors and other business units to improve operations and resolve technical problems. This team is also integral to the creation, design, and roll out of new digital/technical initiatives for both clinical and administrative departments.

    The Role:

    • Reports to IT Manager and will provide first-level technical support to employees both remotely and on-site. This includes assisting employees with equipment setup, software and hardware incident, account creation
    • Responsible for setting up staff workstations, assisting with office moves, and maintenance
    • Work closely with Operations Team to handle both day-to-day technology needs and ongoing efficiency improvements
    • Handle the creation and maintenance of all IT accounts, including Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, ShoreTel VOIP, and others
    • Work on technical documentation to serve as resources for end users
    • Work on projects to enhance IT, business operations, and efficiency
    • Configure and deploy new systems
    • Assist with video conferencing set-up/take-down
    • Will require travel between office locations


    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • A+, other Tech certifications, preferred
    • Solid Understanding of Windows/OSX Environments, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Office
    • Working knowledge of Networking and Active Directory
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
