    Position Overview

    Commonwealth Psychology Associates® (CPA) is expanding and is looking for great clinicians and fun colleagues to join our award-winning, multi-disciplinary team.

    We have a position available in our Downtown Boston office and in our new office in Newton-Wellesley. Position can be 4 or 5 days. Ideal candidates will be down to earth, team oriented, collaborative, fun and flexible. Additionally, a customer services mindset and ability to work closely with psychologists and neuropsychologists are essential. **We offer Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Therapy and a new psychiatrist would have the opportunity to offer this treatment.**

    • Participate in supervision of our talented APRN staff as needed
    • Participate in weekly Psychopharmacology clinical meeting
    • Participate in weekly multi-disciplinary clinical team meeting with Psychology staff
    • Assist in continued development of Psychiatry programs at CPA
    • Participate in CPA training programs and meetings as needed

  • Office Manager in Newton Corner, MA

    We are seeking an intelligent self-starter to join our administrative team. This is a great opportunity to get in the door with a dynamic and growing behavioral healthcare organization with four office locations, 70+ staff members, and still growing!

    Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for creating an efficient and positive front office workplace at our Newton Corner location. CPA’s administrative staff members work as a virtual team across all four of our office locations. While your primary responsibilities will be manager the Newton Corner office, you will also be part of a team that managers CPA’s overall administrative offices.

    • Patience and persistence needed to obtain information from health insurance companies and the ability to relay this information to clients in a way that is easy to understand
