  • What are my payment options? Do you take insurance?

    We accept private pay and a variety of insurance plans:

    • Private Pay: Check / MasterCard / Visa
    • Beacon Health Strategies – GIC plan only
    • Blue Cross Blue Shield
    • Harvard Pilgrim
    • Oxford Health Plan
    • Tufts Navigator – GIC plan only
    • UMR
    • Unicare – GIC plan only
    • United Healthcare & United Behavioral Health
    • United Healthcare Student Resources

    In addition, we may be able to bill as an Out of Network provider for our Neuropsychological Testing Services for:

    • Aetna – PPO plans
    • Aetna Student Health – All Plans

    Note: We regret that we are NOT able to accept the following insurances:

    • Masshealth Plans – MBHP / Network Health / Neighborhood Health Plan
    • Fallon Community Health Plan
    • HMO plans for Tufts, Aetna and Cigna

    If you have one of these insurances, you may either pay privately or seek an alternative provider. Your insurance company can help you locate a provider who accepts your insurance and we recommend calling them directly for assistance.

    If you have another plan that is not listed here, we will verify your benefits to determine whether we can accept the insurance. To request an appointment, the fastest way to reach us is to complete our quick and easy Online Intake Form or call us at (617) 259-1895.

  • What happens at my first appointment?

    When you arrive at our office, you will be greeted by a member of our administrative staff. There is paperwork for new clients to complete prior to your appointment so we ask that therapy and neuropsychology clients arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. New medication and psychiatry clients also have paperwork that must be completed before the scheduled appointment which can take up to 30 minutes, so please plan your arrival accordingly.

  • Where are your offices located?

    We have four office locations in Boston & Newton, MA:

  • Are your offices accessible via public transportation?

    The Back Bay office is easily accessible via the MBTA Green and Orange lines, plus various bus lines.

    The Financial District office is easily accessible via the MBTA Green, Red, Orange, Blue, and Silver lines, plus various bus routes.

    The Newton Corner office is accessible via various MBTA bus lines.

    We do not recommend relying on public transportation to access the Newton-Wellesley office.

  • Is there parking?

    Our Newton-Wellesley office has plentiful free parking. Our other offices do not have free parking but there are paid garages and meter spaces nearby. Please note we do not recommend parking at a meter for clients arriving for neuropsychological testing as testing may take several hours and there may not be an opportunity to refill your meter on time.
