About the Role

  • Involves significant client phone contact
  • Guides clients from their first intake call through their first scheduled appointment with a clinician
  • Obtains information from health insurance companies and articulately relays this information to clients
  • Establishes a good rapport with clients, while sometimes dealing with sensitive topics
    • Located in the Financial District office
    • Hours are 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday OR 10:15am-6:15pm Monday-Thursday, 9am-5pm Friday.
