Therapy & Counseling | Financial District, Boston, MA
Ashley is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who provides therapy services to adults and adolescents. Ashley strives to create a safe, comfortable space for self-reflection and growth through her warmth, empathy and genuineness.
Ashley’s strengths-based, integrative approach honors the importance of the therapeutic alliance itself, as she believes that an individual’s success is facilitated through a strong collaborative relationship between therapist and client. Because Ashley recognizes the unique experiences and challenges of those seeking therapy, her approach to each case is tailored to an individual’s needs and goals. Ashley’s clinical work is informed by client-centered, insight and process-oriented modalities. Additionally, Ashley draws from a range of evidence-based clinical practices including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and family systems therapy.
Ashley received her master’s degree in Social Work from Boston University. Throughout her clinical training, she has gained experience working with a diverse range of individuals and families in outpatient, inpatient, and school-based settings. Her areas of interest include emerging adults, transitions to college, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, family conflict, self-esteem and identity development.
