Natalie Dattlio, Ph.D.

Dr. Natalie Dattilo is a licensed clinical & health psychologist providing individual counseling for adults. She has worked extensively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and her practice is respectful and accepting of people from all walks of life. Dr. Dattilo views therapy as an active and collaborative process, helping clients enhance mindful and compassionate self-awareness, connect with values, and develop new skills. Her style is warm, empathic, active, and practical, and she uses humor when appropriate. Her most successful clients come ready to work.  

Dr. Dattilo has extensive experience with clients who: 

  • Are experiencing depression, anxiety, stress and/or burnout 
  • Are encountering challenges managing new or chronic medical illness 
  • Are struggling with inner conflict related to perfectionism, procrastination, people-pleasing, and self-criticism 
  • Want to make long-lasting, sustainable behavior change 

Dr. Dattilo takes an integrative, flexible approach to treatment in which she incorporates cognitive-behavioral, bio-behavioral, mindfulness, acceptance, strengths-based, goal-focused, and problem-solving psychotherapies to provide both skill-building and an increased understanding of how thoughts can affect emotions, biology, and behavior.  

Dr. Dattilo received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan, and earned her master’s and doctoral degrees from the University of Florida. She completed her pre-doctoral internship and post-doctoral fellowship at the Indiana University School of Medicine. Dr. Dattilo sees clients remotely.
