Rachel Duda, Psy.D.

Dr. Duda is a licensed psychologist providing therapeutic services for late adolescents and adults. She practices from an integrative lens utilizing a variety of theoretical perspectives, with the goals of fostering a collaborative and authentic therapeutic environment to meet the individual needs of her clients. Dr. Duda draws specifically from relational, Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral approaches to support her clients in enhancing self-awareness, reducing distress, and ultimately achieving a greater quality of life.

Dr. Duda has a range of interests and specialty areas which include:

  • Anxiety and Depression
  • Trauma
  • Relationship and Attachment Issues
  • Family of Origin Issues
  • Identity Development (including race/ethnicity, gender, and sexuality)
  • Grief and Loss
  • Multicultural Issues
  • College students and first-time therapy clients

Dr. Duda received her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from Pacific University’s School of Professional Psychology in Oregon and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She completed her APA-accredited pre-doctoral internship training at the University of Connecticut’s Counseling and Mental Health Services, and her post-doctoral training at Tufts University’s Counseling and Mental Health Services.

Dr. Duda offers psychotherapy and counseling services in our Financial District location.
