Trevor is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over ten years of experience helping a wide range of clients in Boston and across the greater metro-area. He provides with tele-therapy psychotherapy to adults and adolescents.
Trevor focuses his practice on understanding processes and not just problems. He believes strongly in the need for a good fit between client and clinician in order to work together towards goals that each person identifies individually. A warm and engaging connection with each person helps to build a solid foundation that invites collaboration and promotes meaningful change. Trevor has developed an in-depth knowledge of services and opportunities across medical and behavioral health systems of care. He has expertise supporting LGBTQ individuals and integrating behavioral and physical health to promote wellness. His clinical orientations include cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and person-centered and strength-based approaches. He believes in an engaged process that offers insight, perspective, and humor within the context of a safe, supportive, and trusting connection.
Trevor earned a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from the University of Tampa, a Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Lesley University, a Certificate in Advanced Clinical Practice from Boston College, a Graduate Certificate in Advanced Professional Studies in Counseling from Salem State University, and a Certificate in Nonprofit Human Service Management from Suffolk University.
