CPA's own Dr. Mary Anderson has started a new blog on our intranet designed to offer health tips and motivation for our staff.

But, we thought we’d also share these great ideas with everyone. Below is the first BWell blog post for April 2015. We hope you enjoy it.


Our Habits = Our Health

Do you eat breakfast every morning? Do you remember to floss every night? Our daily choices significantly impact our physical health, mood, and overall well being but how often do we really stop to think about what we do every day?

Research shows dedication to making healthy choices and creating sustainable health-promoting habits is extremely beneficial. Check out “5 Benefits of Healthy Habits” ( for more information. Specific habits to target that provide the best bang-for-your-buck benefits are discussed in “Healthy Habits to Improve Your Life” ( and include: ensuring you complete 150 minutes or more of exercise every week and setting a regular wake time each morning.

So – Let’s ditch any unhealthy habits that may have developed during our recent, seemingly interminable winter and start this spring mindfully choosing to live healthier and happier with excellent habits!
