We have just received information from Harvard Pilgrim and United Behavioral Health indicating that cost shares will no longer be waived for telehealth services as of October 1st, 2020. This means that if you have those insurance plans, you will be responsible for any copayments, coinsurance, or deductibles on your policy at the time of service for any visits going forward. You will be checked in by an operations staff member at the next appointment to confirm that your credit card is on file and that the information is correct. Please contact the team if you need to update any information.
