This past November, CPA was recognized by The Boston Globe for the second year in a row as a “Top Place to Work” in Massachusetts based on the results of confidential staff surveys. This month, we are excited that this accomplishment is featured in New England Psychologist.
It’s an honor to be recognized by The Boston Globe and the business community for establishing a healthy, positive workplace environment but it’s particularly relevant within the behavioral health community. The CDC acknowledges that job stress can affect physical health and that reduced workplace stress can increase productivity and reduce errors. CPA believes that as the professionals who are here to help our clients achieve health, happiness, and emotional well-being, it is our duty to set a good example of a positive, wellness-focused work environment.
We are proud to walk our talk and hope that our model will inspire other behavioral health organizations to take leadership roles in demonstrating and promoting positive workplace environments that value employee wellness.
