Stress linked to infertility and worsening of premenstrual symptoms. Stress counseling and therapy can help.

September 13, 2010|Uncategorized

Two recent studies by the National Institute of Health have shown that increased stress levels in women led to lower pregnancy rates and to increased severity of premenstrual symptoms. Stress counseling can help women learn to lower their stress levels with relaxation training and other techniques. CPA has stress counselors and psychotherapists in Boston and stress counselors and psychotherapists in Newton that can help.
