Why We’re Feeling Snow Storm Anxiety

January 20, 2016|Counseling & Psychotherapy

CPA's own Dr. Ericka Bohnel is featured in a front page story in The Boston Globe about the threat of the first major snow storm since the unprecedented snowfall in February 2015 and the anxiety it's stirring up.

Dr. Bohnel explains some of the reasons why we’re feeling stressed and nervous before the forecast is even settled and offers ideas about what we can do to alleviate some of the worry. “Our falling spirits over the return of snow is not just in our minds, said Bohnel — it’s in our brains”

CPA is honored to to be able to share our knowledge with the community through The Boston Globe and we hope this story may offer a little bit of help and relief to our neighbors.
